Appointment Preparation

  • Avoid consuming alcohol prior to the scheduled appointment

  • Ensure you are adequately hydrated and have eaten a meal prior to your scheduled appointment

Tattoo Aftercare

  • A second skin (Saniderm) will be placed on the freshly tattooed area. After 3-5 days, remove it slowly with running water

  • Wash with lukewarm water and with a fragrance-free liquid antibacterial soap. Then immediately pat dry with a paper towel.

  • Apply a thin layer of mild unscented lotion 2-3 times per day for two weeks.

  • Avoid scratching or picking the tattoo

  • Avoid direct sunlight for the first two weeks

  • Avoid soaking in water (hot tubs, pools, beach) for two weeks
